1. Submit a deletion request
- Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Stiguro account.
- Use the subject line “Data deletion request.”
- Identify the organization or workspace and the scope of information you want deleted.
- Complete the identity or authority verification we send you. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or payment-card numbers.
If you signed in through Google, Facebook, or another identity provider, removing Stiguro from that provider stops future sign-in access but may not delete information already held by Stiguro. Send the request above so we can complete the Stiguro deletion workflow.
2. What to include
- Your name and Stiguro account email.
- The organization, workspace, and website domain involved.
- Whether you want to delete your user account, a connected provider, specific submitted content, or the complete customer workspace.
- If you act for an organization, your role and authority to request workspace-wide deletion.
3. What happens next
We acknowledge the request, verify identity and organizational authority, determine which systems and providers hold the information, and restrict eligible processing while the request is reviewed. We then issue deletion tasks to the applicable systems, record their results, and provide a status or completion response. We may ask for clarification if the requested scope is unclear.
The response time depends on the request, the systems involved, and applicable law. We will explain a delay or lawful exception when required. A workspace-wide request may also require a website export, hosting transition, billing reconciliation, or approval from the primary customer before the service can close safely.
4. Connected accounts
For connected Google, Meta, domain, social, communications, or other provider accounts, Stiguro will revoke the connection under its control and request provider-side deletion where applicable. This includes Stiguro-held identifiers and tokens used for social sign-in. The provider may retain information independently under its own policy. You may also remove Stiguro directly from the provider's account or security settings.
5. Information that may be retained
Deletion does not always happen at the same time in every system. Limited information may remain when required for financial records, security and fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, a legal hold, or protected backups awaiting normal expiry. We restrict such information from ordinary use and remove it when the applicable requirement ends.
Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained for service reliability and planning.
6. Appeal a decision
If we deny all or part of a request, reply to the decision and ask for a review. Explain what you believe should be reconsidered and include the request reference or account email. An authorized agent may submit a request or appeal where the law permits, subject to verification of that authority. You may also contact the privacy regulator available in your jurisdiction.
